For the above stories you will need to the main characters (protagonist, antagonist, dynamatic), the main conflict, a main idea (theme), a symbol, and a brief summary. You should put this information on a note card.

Novel: Animal Farm

This part of the test will be multiple choice. You should know the major characters, the seven commandments and how the commandments change, how some of the characters represent figures from the Soviet Union and Communism, and what happens in the end.  

Drama: Oedipus Rex

You will have 2-3 questions from the Test you took on this play. Remind me to give the test back to you.

Writing: Parallel Structure, Semi-Colons, Complex-Compound sentences.

You will have a short writing assignment were you write a sentence using the above.
